Job Summary
The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the teller line and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. They will also be responsible for supervising and training tellers, as well as providing excellent customer service to all bank customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the teller line
- Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and train tellers
- Provide excellent customer service to all bank customers
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Balance the vault and ATM
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a teller or in a related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and train others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
