Greets, instructs and directs patients in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff while performing a variety of office duties requiring strong multi-tasking skills.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Prefer one year of work experience, preferably in a Pain Management office setting. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance also desirable. Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills also needed to work in a very fast paced office environment. Computer experience required.
