Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs.
Duties
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain customer records and vehicle history
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service writing is preferred but not required! We are open to hiring with no experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with auto estimating and dealership procedures is a plus
- Ability to align customer needs with appropriate services
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
