Customer Service Assistant Manager
Full Time – Hours (11:30am – 8:00pm) - $55-60k BOE
Responsibilities and Qualifications
As an experienced Customer Service Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for direct interaction with the Call Center Manager, Customer Service Assistant Manager, and Dispatch Manager. You will work closely with the other Customer Service Assistant Manager to lead a team that handles inbound and outbound customer service calls, delivering customer-centered results, while creating a positive customer experience. You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and effectively communicate with our customers. You must have a strong desire to help others grow personally and professionally as well as yourself.
