Debenhams.com is looking for a motivated Paid Media Executive to execute our Paid Social strategy across our Fashion, Beauty & Home categories.
Reporting directly to the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for building, executing and optimising our campaigns across our social platforms - Meta and TikTok.

What you'll be doing
- Day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are on budget, optimised and exceeding agreed KPIs
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting and analysis to surface insights & identify opportunity
- Work alongside platform partners to drive channel performance, ensure best in class activity & develop strategy
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new commercial opportunities, develop a testing roadmap & ensure that Debenhams is market leading
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure creative assets are platform specific & follow trading promotions
- Liaise with internal product teams to ensure full coverage of key categories and products
- Develop strategy to drive new customer acquisition, support retargeting and re-engage lapsing customers
- Budget management and invoice control

More about you
- Experience across Meta & TikTok to create campaigns & optimise performance
- Strong knowledge of the principles of Paid Social
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights
- Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the fashion sector (desired)
- Highly numerate and commercially aware
- Highly organised and process driven
- Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ambitious, driven individual who excels in challenging environments
- Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
