YOUR DAY
As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you play a crucial role in ensuring our food service establishment operates seamlessly. You are responsible for checking the quality of our food, ensuring efficient and consistent production, and maintaining our restaurant. To help us succeed, you oversee inventory management, staff supervision, cash payments, and cost control.
You are in charge when the general manager is gone, which means that you need to be able to make critical decisions and quickly solve problems if they arise. An asset to your team, you offer guidance and treat every employee equally and respectfully. You make sure every team member closely follows our policies and that every customer leaves satisfied. You take pride in being an invaluable member of our food service team!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Are you highly communicative and collaborative? Can you manage your time efficiently and manage competing priorities without letting any fall behind? Do you have a knack for finding areas to improve? If so, this could be the hospitality job for you! We just ask that you meet the following:
- 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or another hospitality business
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
