Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Manageris responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage service for the location. This position is responsible for the efficient execution of all food and beverage service programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of all food and beverage service programs including proper ordering, planning, product handling and display.
- Responsible to meet and/or exceed food and beverage service performance and profitability goals according to corporate objectiveswhile maintaining COGS, waste, and misuse.
- Execute food and beverage service efficiencies, i.e., day dots, FIFO, cooking oil maintenance, cleanliness.
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of product and supplies and ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of the food and beverage service equipment and facilities.
- Analyze food and beverage service results and trends.
- Prepare action plans to leverage the locations food strengths and address areas of opportunity to ensure food and beverage service profitability.
- Execute all action plans.
- Responsible to be an expert on all food and beverage service marketing programs, campaigns, strategies and initiatives.
- Educate all food and beverage service associates to be the same.
- Execute the training, coaching and performance management of food and beverage service Team Members.
- Assist with all matters relating to food and beverage service Team Members including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, Team Member engagement and performance management.
- Utilize company software and programs for ordering, inventory, time keeping, and logs.
- Execute and exceed local Board of Health Guidelines and cleanliness standards.
- Ensures knowledge of and adherence to all safety standards and programs.
- Ensure knowledge of and adherence to all of the companies Food and Beverage Best Practices.
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly checklists are being utilized and followed up on.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least three years food and beverage leadership experience required.
- Experience recruiting, selecting, training, performance management of staff, sales building, scheduling and managing expenses.
- Proven and consistently demonstrated skills in exceptional Guest service, relationship building, and training.
- Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of financial statementsand awareness of impact to business.
- Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
- Proficiency In various computer software programs.
- ServSafe Manager Certification required or completed during first 30 days of hire.
- ServSafe Allergen Training required at hire or within 30 days of hire.
- TIPS certification required or completed during the first 30 days of hire.
- Proficiency in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
- Ability to satisfy all physical demands: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing and/orpulling up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays as required.
