As a Cage Cashier-Day, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to multitask and work efficiently is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Count and verify cash and chips at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and report discrepancies to management
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving any issues
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and customer service
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills, including the ability to count and handle cash accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
