Contracts Administrator, Lead
The Opportunity:
As a contract specialist, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for the organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Cyber Platform (NCP) Contracts team where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems.
As a contract administrator on our team, you’ll use your DoD and commercial contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a diverse range of proposals and contracts within the NCP account. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
As a trusted business partner, you’ll lead the negotiation and administration of FAR-based, DoD, and Federal cyber contracts across a breadth of contract types. You’ll also use your expertise to provide expert advice and counsel to account executives and their program leadership on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, an organizational conflict of interest, and risk management and mitigation.

You Have:
- 8 years of experience in contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with the US government
- Experience with fixed-price systems delivery contracts, including contracts for software development or systems delivery
- Experience in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements
- Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations
- Ability to support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
- Ability to draft moderate to complex non-routine contractual instruments
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Master's degree
- NCM Professional Certification, including CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
