As a Futures Planner for II MEF, you’ll bring your experience in developing solutions to critical problems through the lens of research, analysis, and implementation. Your collaborative skills and innovative mindset will be applied to seek solutions to gaps across the spectrum of II MEF's warfighting requirements. As a part of a team of "thinkers" you will combine experience with foresight to inform leadership and decision makers with quantitative and qualitative assessments of solutions and alternatives.

You Have:

  • Experience with program and project management at a Department of Defense (DoD) research and development (R&D) agency

  • Experience supporting advanced projects with a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team

  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) processes

  • Knowledge of Force Design 2030 (FD2030)

  • Ability to work independently to identify gaps and develop analysis of alternative solutions

  • Ability to anticipate requirements, perform proactively while paying strict attention to detail, and work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in writing test scripts for technology experiments

  • Experience with developing assessment plans

  • Knowledge of Integrated Priority Lists (IPL)

  • Ability to apply data science principles to solutions
