As an IT business analyst, you’ll ensure the successful completion of large-scale enterprise to enterprise Identity and Access Management Solutions in support of client initiatives to modernize the current Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution as part of the updated Electronic Health Record. Partnering with your team business, system owners, data scientist, development teams, federal agencies, and other joint efforts, you’ll identify clients’ business needs and gather user requirements. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to address problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, informatics, and multiple platforms.

You Have:
- 5 years of experience with large-scale enterprise
- Experience in developing requirements, designs, and system integrations, and overseeing development, deploying, testing, and operation of a government system
- Experience leading a team of technical experts and data analysts
- Experience providing guidance to government executives and technical teams on issues, best practices, and optimal methods
- Knowledge of appropriate data sources to address the specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis, and modeling
- Ability to perform as a technical subject matter expert to identify risk mitigations and potential solutions as well as address problems with systems integration
- Ability to perform scientific research, scientific writing, and editing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
