The Dremel Consumer Experience Center is located in Racine, Wisconsin and functions as the primary after sale, front line point of contact for the Dremel and RotoZip brand in the US. In this facility we represent all aspects of the Dremel and RotoZip product lines.
We are a busy facility where we all wear several hats to do what is necessary to provide the best possible user experience.
We're looking for a passionate individual interested in making a positive difference in our customer's experience, with a talent for understanding a customer's unique needs and helping them find solutions.
As a Customer Service Representative for the Dremel, RotoZip, and Digital brands you will be responsible for:
- Answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to meet their needs through a variety of contact channels.
- Working with customers professionally on all inquiries
This position is 100% on-site, and the work schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday (overtime is rare).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software to communicate via email, text, chat and social media.
- Willingness to learn support for brand extension products and Digital product line
- Capacity to adapt as greater digitalization of our services takes place
- Comfortable learning CRM to create, record and update customer contact files
- Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills with customers, external partners and teammates
- Ability to learn product lines and identify customer needs and provide complete solutions for our users.
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
