Job Description
- Lead the project management organization (PMO) for the Video Systems team in Lancaster.
- Responsible for the implementation of the portfolio’s new products.
- Develop and maintain project management processes to support the strategic needs of the product portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement project efforts to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ensure top level department goals are achieved.
- Develop tools and practices for project execution and management.
- Direct and manage cross-functional support and geographically diverse teams.
- Mentor and develop project management staff.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Business
- PMP certification
- 8 years’ experience in global project management
- 8 years’ supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Development or Engineering
- Extensive knowledge of moving camera systems
