Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, execute events, campaigns and external engagements for flagship marquee events for assigned Business units and regions
- Responsible for building and executing strategic marketing initiatives, thought leadership formats, CXO Engagement Formats for BGSW globally across regions and business units
- Support the program management of Customer Centricity agenda for BGSW across regions for captive and non-captive B2B accounts with partner and account engagement surveys, NPS, CSAT programs
- Development of the strategic marketing, internal and external communications & stakeholder strategy for BGSW Bosch partners
- Management of extensive agency, consulting, and industry bodies, analyst relationships
Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross functional teams
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact for the brand and company customer centricity goals with strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- CXO management abilities and strong customer obsession
- 3 to 5 years of work experience
- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute
- Prior experience in Telecom/Banking or B2B Technology Sales Experience will be preferred
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Analytical bend of mind and creative; skilled at MS Excel, Tableau.
