Job Description
The Plant Logistics Manager is responsible for the logistics functions within Lincolnton plant (LctP) and will manage the planning (LOP), material (LOM) and information flow (LOI) teams. We expect a strong collaboration with other functions of LctP, especially the value streams and the plant management. As LctP continues growing, the position will be in charge of further developing logistics concepts to improve the logistics processes in order to increase the performance of the plant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor and Master degree in business management, industrial engineering or business informatics with a major in supply chain management
- System and shop floor proficiency in designing (lean) logistic processes
- Experienced in a plant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office, web application and SQL
- Expertise in SAP (esp. modules MM, SD, PP) and add*ONE
- Experiences in (strategic) supply chain management
- Experiences in project management
