What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Workshop Sales Manager position at Bosch Group?
The Bosch Workshop Franchise is it's own startup entity within the larger Bosch group. We are comprised of innovative, opened minded individuals ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work building this new concept.
The role of the Regional Workshop Sales Manager will be a member of the Bosch Automotive Workshop Services (BAWS) team. This position will be key to the growth of our franchise workshop network. Our Regional Workshop Sales Managers will be responsible for performing assessments and generating leads for potential franchise workshops. The Regional Workshop Sales Managers will work directly with the BAWS Sales, Consulting and Marketing teams. Each Regional Workshop Sales Manager will be assigned a territory (West Coast).
1. Perform onsite and remote workshop business assessments
2. Contact and visit potential franchise workshops
3. Conduct value proposition presentations to potential workshops
4. Provide weekly recruiting reports and metrics
5. Recruit new regional franchise workshops
6. Participate in BAWS 20 group sessions
7. Travel to potential franchise workshop locations within region
Must be located on the West Coast
Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- 5 years of IAM workshop or OEM dealership experience preferred
- 5 years of automotive sales experience
- Franchise sales experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of workshop financials & operations
- Experience in dealer/shop parts and service environments
- Knowledge of modern automotive systems
- Ability to communicate written and verbal ideas in a clear concise manner
- Ability to meet deadlines, monitor and assess performance within deadlines and utilize appropriate resources to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow complicated verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of PC based software and ability to type
- Regional travel is required
