copperdot is expanding its businesses to the US. We are looking for a Sales Representative to support our growth by executing on strategy, engaging and building relationships with potential customers, and win new business.
Job Description
- Define action plans and execute strategies to generate leads within targeted customer segments.
- Qualify leads, engage potential clients, and manage RFQs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and technical team
- Foster long-term relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the global team, both in the EU and Asia, to align and execute regional sales strategies.
- Collaborate with international teams to align on and execute regional sales strategies.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in enterprise sales (PCB or electronics industry experience is a plus).
- Ability to make independent decisions, including handling complex topics and managing escalations.
- Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with the team and clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- User-centricity and an agile (Build-Measure-Learn) mindset.
