What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Dedicated Local Home Daily-Out of Ft Smith-Delivery to Farms position at BossTR?
Class A drivers be home daily running delivering chicken feed in AR and OK.
- Distribute bulk chicken feed from mill from Fort Smith to surrounding area chicken houses.
- Must be able to safely operate a hydraulic boom trailer.
- Responsible for loading and unloading product at the mill to unattended chicken houses into marked up to 50-ton bins
- All trucks are automatic day cabs (will accept auto restriction – all trucks are Freightliners and Internationals
- Schedule is either Sunday-Thursday or Monday – Friday – Monday – Friday schedule will work Saturdays once a month. Shift starts at 15.00-18.00 daily 12 hours a day – opportunity to move to day shift when becomes available
- Pay is as follows:
o .42-.44CPM with an average of 1000 miles per week
o Paid $33/Load with average 3-4 deliveries each evening.
o Multi stop loads pay $33/Load
Requirements:
MUST LIVE 40 MILES OF FORT SMITH, CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST AND CAN NOT BE AFFILIATED, OWN OR RUN A FARM THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH OK FOODS
Must meet one of following.
- 3 months of verifiable Class A in last 6 months OR
- 6 months of verifiable Class A in the last 12 months OR
- 12 months of verifiable Class A in the last five years
NOTE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER WILL COUNT IF DRIVER WAS DRIVING AS A TEAM DURING TRAINING PERIOD.
Requirements:
- No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’
- No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year
- Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years
No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
