Job Description
Candidates will provide administrative support including but not limited to answering phones, preparing travel, serving as the first point of contact within a department, managing calendars, providing customer service, drafting correspondence, and arranging for meetings. And possible budgeting work, data management, and website maintenance. Areas of focus could be in office support, accounting, business services, academic support, research, or human resources.
Excellent customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements
* Must have excellent communication and organizational skills,
* Ability to multi-task and have good follow through,
* Ability to work with little supervision and have a respect for confidentiality.
