What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campaign Specialist—Employer Branding position at Boston Consulting Group?
As Campaign Coordinator—Employer Branding, you'll be responsible for BCG's employer branding campaigns in Germany and Austria. Your tasks will include the strategic preparation, design, and implementation of all recruiting campaigns and corporate design measures, on which you’ll work closely with our employer branding experts and with third-party service providers. Your strategy background will help you to prepare annual planning, while your creative vein will be useful as you continuously find new ways of placing BCG's brand—whether on digital platforms or in print—and marketing the topics BCG prioritizes as employer across various media. Acting as our "brand sheriff," you'll ensure a consistent brand experience in our communications and in all other points of contact along the candidate journey. Finally, in consultation with our Employer Branding leadership and data specialists, you'll continuously monitor and optimize our paid-media activities for relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness, always with an eye to new platforms, media trends, and their development.
