Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas bakery, Bouchon Bakery, is seeking capable individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join our team as a Retail Associate.
In 2006, Chef Keller opened a Bouchon Bakery location at The Venetian in Las Vegas. As with the original Yountville location, the Bakery presents a take on the French boulangerie highlighting artisanal breads, pastries and sandwiches with both French and American influences prepared fresh daily.
Qualified candidates must have 1 year of previous experience and the desire to be part of a fast-paced environment.
