The retail supervisor oversee and guide all retail staff to complete assigned tasks during prep and service periods. Also, assist the Bakery Manager in carrying out the coordination of necessary activities to achieve the objectives in guest service and satisfaction, sales, employee retention, food qualify, cleanliness and sanitation.
In 2006, Chef Keller opened a Bouchon Bakery location at The Venetian in Las Vegas. As with the original Yountville location, the Bakery presents a take on the French boulangerie highlighting artisanal breads, pastries and sandwiches with both French and American influences prepared fresh daily.
Qualified candidates must have 2 years of previous experience and the desire to be part of a fast-paced and high quality standards environment.
