Boulder Community Health CU Sports center is seeking a Patient Access Specialist 2. The Patient Access Specialist 2 role includes efficient, operational leadership for the front office Care Team Assistants, understanding strategic direction, and coordination of clinic.

Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
One to three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a medical office setting
Word processing and computer experience preferred
Responsibilities
Greets patients upon arrival and notifies appropriate clinical staff of patient arrival, answers and screens calls, directs calls by taking messages and/or finding appropriate staff to handle the client.
Time management of Care Team Assistants.
API Care Team Assistant timecard input and supervision.
Assists Manager with Service Excellence Evaluations.
Assists in monitoring ongoing Performance metrics for staff competencies.
Assists and conducts Care Team Assistant interviews.
Balances and deposits office receivables.
Ensures adequate inventory.
Creates and reviews employee work schedules and ensures all clinic hours are covered.
