• Meet expectations re: sales, costs, quality, hospitality, cleanliness.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees, guests and company assets
• Communicate openly, clearly and effectively with a positive, solutions-oriented demeanor.
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Must be computer literate and be able to learn and/or use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Aloha POS, QuickBooks,HotSchedules, and other digital resources.
• Responsibilities include hiring and training, and familiarity in maintaining location social media accounts and postings.
• 3 years applicable management experience required.
