Our ideal candidate will be able to effectively and efficiently handle all service calls and drive customer service in a fast paced automotive services retail store.JOB SUMMARY: Manage all day-to-day operations, support efforts to increase sales, improve profitability and meet company objectives and goals, provide leadership, coaching and training to all personnel in a fast paced automotive services retail store.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ability to maintain or exceed profitability to include goals and objectives set by the company for operating profit, operating expense and salary expense.
- Handles customers to ensure a high level of profitability and customer service.
- Oversees operational efficiency and administrative operations to effectively apply knowledge of all invoicing procedures, PO processes, customer billing, credit apps and collections.
- Consistently manages the proper mix of inventory. Controls inventory and oversees movement of inventory in and out of facility.
- Maintain, understand and use of the software to manage accounts.
- Training and development of employees including new hire orientation and processing of new hire packet, procedures, products, safety and quality to maintain operational compliance and consistency.
- Ability to direct, control, delegate responsibility.
- Provide leadership and motivation for hourly and management associates; promotes respect, honesty integrity and fairness to all.
- Ability to communicate to personnel and execute Company policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of management experience- Possess valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain a Florida driver's license
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must possess or ability to obtain a current Florida driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions.- Must be comfortable working with co-workers and public contact.
- Must have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, and squat.
- Able to sit, stand and carry products and/or equipment of up to or over 70 lbs.
- Must be able to stand 8 hours continuously and daily.
Salary : $41,400 - $52,400
