Party Coordinator

Bounce N Play Seabrook is an exciting indoor playground filled with soft play for babies and toddlers, multi-story playground equipment, a jumping pillow and more!

Pay and Availability:

Starting pay is $14 per hour tips, with an opportunity for promotion and pay increase evaluation after 90 days of employment. We are looking for a party coordinator that can work 35-40 hours per week. Due to business needs the Party Coordinator will need to work every weekend. Typical working hours will be 8-10 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:30am-9pm and weekday shifts of 4-8 hours between 8:30am-5:30pm. Depending on hours worked this position allows for 2-3 weekdays off per week.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Party Coordinator to join our team at Bounce N Play Seabrook. As the Party Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring party bookings, follow-up, and each party is performed with excellence as you coordinate with staff, ensuring safety, coaching team members, managing breaks, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility. Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Facilitate day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures.

Staff Coordination:

• Schedule and assign tasks to staff members.
• Ensure that staff members are aware of their responsibilities and are adequately trained.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to guarantee the well-being of all visitors.
• Address and resolve safety concerns promptly.

Operational Standards:

• Ensure that all operational standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the indoor playground.
• Assist in cleaning schedules to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Address any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work every weekend and flexible hours.
