VP, Finance

Bounteous, the essential digital innovation partner to the world’s most ambitious companies, is seeking a high-impact Vice President of Finance to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading company financial planning and reporting, KPI measurement and refinement, and supporting the company's ongoing M&A efforts. 

The VP, Finance will report to the CFO, and will partner closely with Business Unit Managing Directors, Practice Leads, Growth, Talent & Culture, Finance & Operations, and executive and senior leadership teams. 

• Direct and coordinate all financial planning, including long-term planning, annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and business pipeline reporting
• Monitor and report key metrics (utilization, rates, headcount, project/client margin) to measure the health of our company
• Drive monthly/quarterly financial forecast cycle and financial reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions
• Partner with Business Unit Managing Directors to ensure appropriate level of reporting, analysis, and controls for each P&L
• Participate in strategic planning; collaborate with senior leadership to build investment plans and financial reporting to align with strategic priorities
• Recommend and implement new key metrics for measuring operational performance
• Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects and analysis as business needs arise
• Support ongoing M&A efforts through acquisition diligence; lead integrations into company processes, systems, and reporting
• Manage a team of 4-6 finance professionals

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
• 7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or senior FP&A roles
• Prior experience working with or investing in a professional services organization is a plus
• A strong track record of reporting and financial analysis, preferably in a high-growth, private equity organization involving acquisitions and/or sale processes
• Strong experience with and ability to model and synthesize complex financial analysis, operational, and KPI data into concise presentations and decision frameworks on a regular basis
• Experience working in a leveraged environment; comfort with credit agreements, covenant compliance reporting, and managing lenders
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems and accounting software (Netsuite, OpenAir); familiarity with reporting tools such as Vena Solutions and Tableau a plus
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
• An outstanding executive presence; excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills appropriate for C-Suite and Board-level engagement
