What are the responsibilities and job description for the RE property Manager + Bookkeeper position at Bower?
We are a family-owned Real Estate office seeking to add a new member as an integral part of our team. This individual is expected to be equipped with skills in property management & accounting.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
1. Transactions and property management for Residential, Commercial, Retail & Industrial real estate
2. RE Accounting, specifically AP & AR, for all tenants, contractors & services. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations & journal entries. Assist in property administrative role as needed
Key Characteristics:
- Highly detail oriented with excellent record keeping skills
- Project management skills including timely implementation and execution
- Ability to prioritize assignments appropriately with proper organizational skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi System or any relative Real Estate Software's
Experience:
- 2 year of experience in property management and/or accounting a plus.
- Salary is negotiable
