Overview
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (NECRIA-2022-2978):
Bowhead seeks a Quality Control Manager to support the upcoming Network Enterprise Center-Rock Island Arsenal (NEC-RIA) located at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL. This contract will Provide Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Information Management (C4IM) services to organizations and users. Moreover, personnel will deliver comprehensive, integrated, end-to-end IT services that include, but are not limited to, Network and Switch Operations, Systems Administration, Systems Integration and Testing, Configuration Management (hardware and software), Infrastructure Management, Network Administration, End-User Support, Fielding of Hardware and Software, Quality Control, Information and Network Security Services, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) software, and Database Support.
Responsibilities
- Manages, plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production/service consistent with established standards.
- Manages the development and analysis of statistical data and specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy.
Qualifications
- A BA/S is relevant field in addition to eight (8 ) years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level, candidates with an active Secret are highly encouraged to apply. US Citizenship is a requirement for admission to this location.
