What are the responsibilities and job description for the LEAGUE RECORD SERVICER position at Bowlero Corp?
Our League Record Servicers are guardians of the league bowling experience—planning and implementing national and/or local league initiatives, coordinating all league activity for their centers, and creating exceptional guest experiences. The ultimate goal? Repeat business and an increase in league play. These team members are organized—performing data entry for league scoring and recordkeeping, in addition to maintaining charts/files for league bowlers and tournaments. League Record Servicers aren’t just data collectors; they also develop and lead promotional activities to increase league business. They encourage our existing league customer base, local corporations, and area social organizations to join—or form—new leagues. Have some familiarity with USBC rules? It’s not necessary, but definitely helpful.
Love leagues? So do we. Our Sales Specialists are committed to league development—and the sales/revenue opportunities that may result from that development. As a Bowlero Corp Sales Specialist, you’ll plan and organize sales programs that increase center sales and revenue through the formation of new leagues and the expansion of existing leagues. You’ll be a major part of the league bowler experience, capturing league bowler data, maintaining customer databases, and prospecting for new leagues by making sales calls, delivering presentations, and hosting “Bowling Preview” parties. In addition, you’ll also lead sales activities geared towards acquiring new customers for our Bonus Zone program and for generating increases in lineage, birthday party revenue, and overall revenue.
