We have offices throughout West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and are actively seeking a reliable and self-motivated billing coordinator. Successful candidate must have strong communication skills, organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Previous billing experience, including experience with electronic billing portals is preferred. Candidate must also have the ability to work effectively with attorneys and Accounting team members to meet client needs. Responsibilities include generating, reviewing and editing pre-bills, preparation of invoices according to firm, client and third-party guidelines, processing unbilled write-offs according to firm policies, sending reminder statements, preparation of electronic invoices and providing excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook) required.
