Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
- Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Drive sales using current and new techniques during daily meetings with clients
- Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Stays organized and manage time well
- High school diploma or GED required
- Highly motivated and is capable of overcoming adversity
- Loves working in a team environment
