What would it be like to be a Boyd Gaming Team Member?:
To audit the transactions reported as revenues in accordance with management policies and procedures and accurately report all variances associated with the transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Counts, audits, and balances all revenue and expense related documents with revenues received and expenses paid.
- Prepares daily revenue reports, expense reports, win percentages, and records revenue and expenses to daily posting sheets.
- Performs audits in compliance with Internal Control standards on a daily basis.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports and information accurately and timely.
- Maintains all related files and documentation of audits.
- Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.
- Maintain and update the signature card file.
- Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, in writing, and in person with others.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
- 10-Key by touch.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access) experience.
- Type 30 to 35 words per minute.
- Some college accounting courses.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
Must be 21 years of age
