What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Court Busser position at Boyne Resorts?
The Highlands is looking for Food Court Bussers to join our team. As a Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining the Food Court, keeping everything clean and organized for guests to enjoy. This is a full-time or part-time seasonal position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks of working for an awesome ski resort.

Responsibilities
The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all seating areas including all tables, chairs, and floors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and bus station(s).
- Communicate and assist hosts to arrange tables and chairs at guest’s request.
- Removes dirty dishes, silverware, and any debris from tables
- Returns dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware carefully to the dishwashing area and toss any debris in the garbage.
- Assists with spills throughout the restaurant to assure customer safety.
- Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality guest service.
- Welcome and greet guests. Make all guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to take care of them.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Take out garbage and wipe down counters and equipment.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any customer requests.
Qualifications
- Must have SafeServ Certification or be able to obtain one after being hired
- Prior Experience with Point-of-Sale system preferred but not required
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while standing for long hours on your feet.
