Overview The Highlands is looking for new Bike Rental Associates to join our amazing Bike Park Team. You will be responsible for managing the bike rental fleet including performing basic repair work on the bikes and adjusting them to fit each guest, giving them an exceptional experience! This is a full-time or part-time seasonal position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks that come with working for an amazing resort! Act as a source of information about the Bike Park for guests Maintaining the mountain bike fleet, including general repair tasks and cleaning Providing exceptional individual service to guests Responsible for the correct sizing and setup for those renting bikes Maintaining a clean workspace Qualifications Bicycle mechanic experience preferred but not requried Motivated self-starter Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs *Single Bed, no pets.
