BPA Health is seeking a Recruiter to partner, on a temporary basis, on a significant expansion of our professional team.

Timing and Schedule:

• Immediate availability
• Fully work from home, on-site, or hybrid
• Flexibility with schedule including number of hours worked per week

The Recruiter is responsible for coordination of the hiring process including the following:

• Sustaining candidate flow through sourcing qualified candidates via online job boards, social media, databases, and networking
• Helping establish connections with professional groups, communities, and other organizations to source applicants
• Setting up on-line testing
• Candidate communication includes screening, testing, interviewing and dispositioning
• Selecting and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Designing and coordinating interviews
• Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
• Providing regular updates to management regarding applicant flow, candidate activity and job status
• Advising hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
• Facilitating the background check and onboarding process

• Knowledge of effective hiring practices
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Paylocity experience is a plus
• Superb communication and discernment skills
• Outstanding organization and time management ability
• Self-motivated to work independently
• Appreciation of cultural diversity and strong sensitivity towards target member population

Experience and/or Education:

• A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment; health industry recruiting experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
