BPA Health is seeking a Recruiter to partner, on a temporary basis, on a significant expansion of our professional team.
Timing and Schedule:
- Immediate availability
- Fully work from home, on-site, or hybrid
- Flexibility with schedule including number of hours worked per week
The Recruiter is responsible for coordination of the hiring process including the following:
- Sustaining candidate flow through sourcing qualified candidates via online job boards, social media, databases, and networking
- Helping establish connections with professional groups, communities, and other organizations to source applicants
- Setting up on-line testing
- Candidate communication includes screening, testing, interviewing and dispositioning
- Selecting and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Designing and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Providing regular updates to management regarding applicant flow, candidate activity and job status
- Advising hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
- Facilitating the background check and onboarding process
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Paylocity experience is a plus
- Superb communication and discernment skills
- Outstanding organization and time management ability
- Self-motivated to work independently
- Appreciation of cultural diversity and strong sensitivity towards target member population
Experience and/or Education:
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment; health industry recruiting experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
