What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Manager position at BPJ Insurance?
Handle payroll, time cards, sick and vacation time through our payroll system. Work with our Producer on renewing all benefits and maintaining them in the benefits system. Handle all HR related issues, conducting interviews and help with recruiting. Managing all personnel files (digital). Maintain the Work From Home and Flex policy insuring all employees follow it correctly. Complete all on boarding and orientation along with annual compliance. Keep track of FMLA. There will be other special projects as needed.
Must have at least 6 years experience in HR and Payroll along with handling FMLA.
High School Diploma required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
