Role Description

This is a Junior Project Manager position at BPS Builder. The Junior Project Manager will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as material take-off, budgeting, construction management, communicate with contractor. architecture coordination, and inspection of projects. 

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry either in the field or with school experience  
• Ability to use Bluebeam Revu 
• Proficient in basic technology and software including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Apple iOS  
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field or recently graduate
