The Sales Service Representative for Bracalente Manufacturing Group is responsible for performing inside and outside sales responsibilities reporting to the Global Sales Manager. This position is responsible for developing relationships with the customers through in-person and virtual meetings. Handling all aspects of the account; from ensuring manufacturing capability, quoting, to order entry, is key in this role. Being the single point of contact for this customer base requires a technical aptitude and sales experience.
YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
• Excellent customer service through timely responses, project management, tracking open sales orders to ensure on time delivery and issue resolution
• Analyze and understand accounts’ current business with Bracalente, including applications, manufacturing, and product lifecycle
• Reading blueprints and ensuring it’s a fit with Bracalente’s manufacturing capabilities
• Manage the relationship with the assigned customer accounts through a minimum of quarterly reviews and manufacturing site visits to establish and build
rapport
• Analyze and understand customers’ business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities to assist in creating a forecast
• Tracks current customer activity in a CRM database
• Following quote process to deliver timely responses
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-5 years experience in technical sales
• Associates degree, or higher in related machining trade or mechanical field of study or equivalent experience necessary
• Experience in reading and understanding blueprints, specifications, and technical documents is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read situation and know when to escalate situations to direct manager
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required and Epicor working knowledge preferred
• Manufacturing process knowledge in the machining trade, such as milling, turning, heat treatment and plating is necessary
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively • Local travel with some overnight travel as required
COMPENSATION
Base bonus; based on growing existing accounts, adding strategic customers and overall company performance

Salary : $49,400 - $62,500
