Allocation Analyst

Brad Hall Fuel is currently seeking an Allocation Analyst. BHF is one of the largest petroleum distributors in the Western United States doing business in over 40 states. In addition to the BHF core business, BHF is involved in agriculture, oil field services, propane distribution, LNG, fuel transportation, retail fuel stations, and property management.

The Allocation Analyst will primarily be focused on:

Allocation Management

• Monitor and manage DTN TABS system including setting up accounts and generating weekly compliance reports on supplier liftings.
• Monitor and manage specific markets utilizing DTN Tabs system and communicate with corresponding sales team.
• Monitor and ensure supply compliance between parent and subsidiary companies.
• Run supply analytics as requested to compare pricing formulas based on OPIS, Platts and Argus histories.
• Interact with the suppliers to request additional daily allocations at terminals throughout the market.

Sales Rep Support

• Provide troubleshooting for supply related loading issues.
• Review contract compliance with sales team to assist in maximizing contract volume liftings.
• Create daily fuel supply plan and communicate with sales team.
• Manage and update all terminal/rack loading information.
• Assist with data set up process for all supply related functions (NetSuite, DTN Tabs, Carrier Clearances, Etc.)

The preferred candidate for the Allocation Analyst will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Management or in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with a specific emphasis on Excel.
• Strong knowledge of CRMs, systems management, etc.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
• Able to effectively multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
