Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Writer/Advisor located in Menifee, CA. The Automotive Service Writer/Advisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the automotive service department, manage repair orders, communicate with clients, and ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Automotive Service Writer/Advisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in automotive service writer/advisor capacity
Demonstrated expertise in sales of automotive repairs, maintenance, and tires
Effective communication skills with clients and technicians
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to multitask
A valid driver's license
ASE certifications desirable
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
