This position is responsible for board meeting preparation, report generation, managing vendors, planning events, and executing special projects.
This position maintains a well-organized central office. The individual in this position will be resourceful and communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.Essential Functions: Ensure confidentiality and security of information.Apply knowledge of policies and procedures and regulations in making decisions, solving problems, and proofreading information.Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings on behalf of the CEO and Superintendent.Collect, prepare, and send board meeting packets. Obtain signatures for board meeting minutes and resolution. Maintain board files.Provide logistical support for board meetings, onsite trainings, and other events, including setup and takedown.Manage incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries and communications for CEO and Superintendent.Arrange and schedule travel arrangements for CEO and Superintendent.Serve as primary contact for central office building maintenance related vendors.
Manage vendor projects.Answer and route central office calls to appropriate parties or forward messages.Ensure timely updates and communication of relevant events on primary website.Serve as back-up to cover front desk.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
