Graphic Designer/ Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in graphic design (using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator), marketing communications, copywriting, digital & social media management, and marketing analytics. This candidate will be adept at individual and team leadership of strategic planning, development of marketing materials, coordination of digital marketing campaigns as well as reporting their conclusions as part of continuous cross-functional sales and marketing analysis for our clients. We are looking for an experienced communicator, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a passion for the future of marketing with BRAINBOX.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain the BRAINBOX social media presence.
• Oversee all social media accounts (internally and externally)
• Design and oversee marketing campaigns which include email marketing automation, social media, public relations, and advertising campaigns.
• Work within the internal marketing and sales teams to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for BRAINBOX.
• Collaborate to create email copy, custom content, landing pages and forms.
• Assist in all marketing efforts from ideation to completion for BBIM and clients.
• Graphic design and creation of marketing materials and intellectual property internally and for clients using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Ideating and implementing campaigns, market research, and collaborating with various departments to meet project goals and timelines.
• Implement operational improvements and identify new marketing ventures.
• Develop engaging marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to generate revenue and grow client base.
• Create and revamp websites for BBIM and clients.
• Manage social media accounts for BBIM and clients.
• Create and execute email campaigns utilizing CRM platforms including HubSpot and others.
• Track, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing objectives and activities.
  
  

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
• Proven work experience in marketing (4-5 years preferred)
• Highly creative with ability to design graphics (including logos, one sheeters/fliers/brochures, presentations/sales pitch decks, etc.), write copy and provide thought leadership content.
• Experience in building websites in WordPress and other platforms (preferred)
• Strong understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Experience in creating and editing presentations in Canva.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) best practices and analytics
• Up to date on latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
• Ability to anticipate project needs and discern work priorities.
