Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, answer calls professionally, and perform follow-up service calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Service Excellence: Build strong client relationships, address customer complaints promptly, and deliver exemplary service.
- Team Leadership: Train, manage, and retain team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct weekly inventory audits and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe environment for team members and customers by adhering to all safety policies and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply them.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a retail environment.
- Exceptional people skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and comfort with customers and team members.
- Physical Demands: frequent reaching, bending, stopping, kneeling and handling tools or merchandise, standing and walking on concrete surfaces
