Job Summary: The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily and operational activities in the parts department to include the following, but not limited to:
- Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns
- Obtain price quotes and check availability
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person
- Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts
- File and other miscellaneous office duties
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
- Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 40lbs.
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
