Job Description

As an Office Assistant at Type Lyfe Talk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our call center by providing administrative and clerical assistance. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  2. Provide administrative support to various teams within the call center.
  3. Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
  4. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  5. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  6. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  7. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  8. Assist in arranging travel plans and accommodations for team members.
  9. Coordinate office events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  10. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
  11. Keep track of inventory and maintain an organized office environment.
  12. Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
  13. Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced call center environment.
  7. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality administrative support.
