The Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Marketing to support and drive growth for our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.

You'll spend your days on the following:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support the subsidiary brand’s growth goals
  • Collaborate with internal marketing professionals and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Develop and manage the subsidiary brand’s marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee the development and execution of all advertising, promotions, and public relations initiatives for the subsidiary
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve results
  • Represent the subsidiary brand at industry events and conferences to build relationships and drive brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years of marketing experience, leadership experience preferred
  • Proven experience executing marketing efforts, organizational excellence and the ability to plan, prioritize and implement strategy
  • Collaborative and objective in all that you do, we check our egos at the door
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on result
  • Understanding of digital marketing and experience with digital marketing tools and platform
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
