Summary:
This position oversees operations and client relations and serves as the primary contact for employees and customer within the specified region.
Customer Relations Duties:
- Conducts monthly QIP meeting. Ensures all aspects of plant personnel involved with the Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program are represented (e.g., environmental, maintenance, operations, and plant management.)
- Ensures customer satisfaction with reports and services.

Project Supervision Duties:
- Involved with development phase of every major project at facilities within area of supervision. Goal is to ensure adequate resources and that project meets regulatory requirements.
- Implement and review project summary/tasks summary status reports from site supervisors on a weekly basis. Goal is to ensure deadlines for special or routine projects are consistently met.
- Implement and review site supervisor's monthly scheduling system. Ensure site supervisors submit monthly schedules by the second to last Friday of each month prior to the work being conducted.
- Be familiar with contract terms for all projects being supervised. Perform annual contract reviews.
- Ensure profitability/ productivity goals met for each project. Review actual versus predicted revenues on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all needed equipment and supplies are maintained for each site. Perform quarterly inventory reviews.
- Review weekly waiting on maintenance emails from site supervisors. Follow up on any issues that may result in non-compliance.
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance. Develop and maintain an instrument and data logger maintenance program. Perform quarterly audits of program and equipment.
- Attend or be available for all agency audits within area of supervision.
- Ensure annual monitoring schedules are developed for each project.
Manpower Management Duties:
- Ensure sufficient manpower available for designated area. Provide information (written form) that more or less manpower is needed.
- Ensure all employees receive required training in a timely manner. Conduct quarterly audits of the training program.
- Conduct internal quality control reviews and follow up on any issues brought by QA/QC Team on a quarterly basis.
- Resolve employee conflicts. Document problems, warnings, and disciplinary actions.
- Document employee tardiness and absences.
- Ensure all employees have access to necessary forms and company information.
- Review employees for opportunities to reward them for good service. Recommend at least one employee per quarter for QIA rewards if deserving.
- Ensure all sites have safety manuals and are conducting weekly safety meetings. Conduct quarterly audits of safety meeting manuals.
- Mandate that all tasks be done in a safe manner.
- Ensures staff has reviewed the safety manual before starting work for EFSI.
- Gather and submit all time and production to Regional Operations Manager by AM every Monday.
- Perform annual employee reviews by February 15th of each year.
- Submit requests for overtime to Regional Operations Manager via email at least one day prior to event.
Administrative Duties:
- Submit email to ROM summarizing customer satisfaction for areas under supervision. Submit by 15th of month following QIP meeting.
- Submit task/project summary to ROM by first Monday of each month. Detail cost, revenue, manpower needs and timeliness of project.
- Submit email detailing any non-compliance or potential non-compliance issues, or agency audit results to ROM within 2 days of incident.
- Submit email notification that all site supervisors have completed monthly schedules and notified customers by last day of month.
- Submit weekly email notification to ROM that all sites will or will not meet profitability/productivity goals.
- Submit equipment or supply request for approval via email. Submit monthly employee report to ROM detailing status of each employee's attendance record and your recommendations.
- Submit annual employee reviews to ROM by February 15th of each year.
- Assist Regional Operations Manager or Corporate as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education/Experience: Fifth year in college or university program certificate or two to four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledgeable of state, federal and permit LDAR regulations.
- Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Mathematical Ability: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
