Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate in the recruiting activities of direct hire team members to support plant and program requirements. This may include advertising, scheduling, interviewing, and assisting if needed with post-offer screening and scheduling orientation. Ensures the process is followed in a timely and effective manner (requisitions, postings internal/external, candidate review, scheduling, reference checks, offer letters, rejection emails, follow-up, etc.).
- Conducts interviews covering a number of areas (Ex. Background, Education, Experience, Job Related Questions, etc.) in a professional manner.
- Reserve the use of rooms and/or buildings both in and outside of the plant.
- Prepare and coordinate activities involving Career/Job Fairs when needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Hiring Manager to ensure timely information is provided to them.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Team (Ex. HR Coordinator, Training Coordinator, etc.) and LMV Staff in new Employee Orientation.
- Assist HR Team in administering onboarding activities.
- Responsible for candidate tracking.
- Assist in administering in ADP, PeopleSoft, and both internal and external job posting systems/programs, ensuring it is kept up-to-date and sending out communications in a timely manner.
- Utilize social media sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. to recruit candidates.
- Coordinate with Corporate Resources as needed for hiring events.
- Participate and assist with Company sponsored social events.
- Maintain plant job descriptions when needed.
- Work with the Human Resources Manager to execute projects when required.
- Adhere to Company policies.
- Ensure that recruitment activities and processes are in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Follows and supports LMV Automotive System’s and operating principles, including:

Additional Information
Education and/or Experience: (These qualifications represent the minimum requirements of the position.)
- Employees will be required to possess the ability and aptitudes to perform the duties proficiently.)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field not required but preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment or Human Resources field, preferably in a manufacturing and/or automotive environment.
- Combination of relevant Education and relevant work experience may be accepted
