As the first point of contact, you get to engage with customers making them feel welcome and appreciated as they walk through our door.
You will
- Help families connect with our sales team virtually via video chat over portals
- Guide families to the homes.
- Help to keep the office a clean environment to match the Braustin Brand.-- Including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing homes after each tour, cleaning the restroom, etc.
- Help to decorate homes when they arrive
- Be comfortable with the Texas heat when showing models (They will mostly all be air conditioned)
One of the most important parts of the job is communicating and coordinating with our consultants to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
We need someone
- With confidence and leadership skills who can be personable but not overbearing.
- Who can to stay motivated and focused on completing secondary tasks on down time
